Orders & Production
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Jourie piece is made to order and handcrafted in Beirut. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks before shipping. Once your piece is complete, you'll receive tracking information as soon as it begins its journey to you.
Why does it take time to make my Jourie piece?
Every piece begins with a hand-drawn design before being carefully crafted by an atelier. Meaningful pieces take time and we will ensure every detail is just right.
Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Is my piece made specifically for me?
Yes — every Jourie piece is made to order. Our Signature Script pieces are individually drawn by a calligrapher before being transformed into jewelry, ensuring each design is uniquely yours.

I'm not sure which letter to choose, how do I select?

Will I see how my Signature Script piece looks before it becomes a necklace?
Because each Signature Script piece is individually designed, we share a design proof for approval. When a proof is available for your order, we'll contact you directly.
Craftsmanship & Care
What metals does Jourie use?
We work exclusively with precious metals:
- 18K Yellow Gold
- 18K White Gold
- 18K Rose Gold
- Sterling Silver (925)
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our 18K gold pieces will not tarnish. Sterling silver may naturally develop a soft patina over time, which can be easily polished and restored to its original shine.
Is your jewelry solid gold or gold-plated?
All gold Jourie pieces are crafted in solid 18K gold. We do not use gold plating.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes — Jourie pieces are designed for daily wear and crafted using high-quality materials chosen for their durability and longevity. As with all fine jewelry, removing your pieces before swimming, exercising, or applying fragrances and lotions is recommended.

Can I return my order?
